ASTROLOGICAL HAPPENINGS
Today is a very important day in the astrological world. Pluto moves into Aquarius, but only for a little while. It will then go back to Capricorn and finally in November it will go back into Aquarius where I think it stays for about nineteen years.
So, why is this so important, you may be thinking? Pluto is the planet of transformation and power and Aquarius is the sign of new methods of doing things and progress. This, of course, can mean different things for different people depending on what house Aquarius is in, in your Birth Chart, but it means for everyone that this is a time for letting go of old beliefs and triggers, letting go of people, things, and situations that no longer serve you. It is a time for transformation, for change, for rebirth.
When Pluto is in Aquarius, we will find that our relationships with technology and humanitarian issues will be highlighted. It will also be about maybe re-evaulating the tribes or social circles we belong to. If you have seen my January reading you will know that this was a theme for this month; assessing the tribes you belong to and seeing if they still fit your needs.
Pluto as a planet influences what we can change in our world. On the positive side Pluto can be brilliant at transforming our lives into the most amazing thing, however, Pluto can also be manipulative, obsessed and downright destructive. I wouldn't be surprised if Pluto was behind the "dark night of the soul" that people go through, for as destructive as Pluto can be, when we look back we can see that it was the healing that we needed, it was the crisis that changed the course our life.
So be ready for some major changes to come along in your life this year and remember when you're in the middle of the chaos that this is where you are supposed to be. Practice radical acceptance and surrender. Going with it rather than fighting it can make it a smoother ride.
Until next time...
